Returns
 
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
 
1. Damaged, leaking, tampered, broken, or defective product received.
2. Wrong product delivered.
3. Expired product delivered.
4. Incomplete order or missing products.
 
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with the original packaging intact, including all labels and the product itself.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:
 
1. Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, sachets, etc.).
2. Return or replacement requests generated after 7 days from the delivery date.
3. Damaged or missing product reported after 3 days from the delivery date.
4. Issues related to stomach upset, headache, flavour preference, taste, or personal liking.
5. Perishable items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
 
Note: We request you to consult your doctor before purchasing products for any health-related reasons, especially if you have diabetes or any pre-existing medical condition.

If Return Is Accepted:
 
1. Notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Email clear images of the product along with the Batch Number and Order ID to warqstevia@gmail.com OR WhatsApp us at +91 99871 91868.
3. We will review your request within 24–48 working hours.
4. If the product is beyond use, you may discard it after our approval, and we will provide a replacement.
5. If reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to us. We will reimburse courier charges up to INR 100/-.
6. After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will initiate the replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Refunds
 
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
 
1. The product is not in stock and cannot be replaced.
2. The shipping address is unserviceable by our courier partners.
3. Your return complies with the stated returns policy above.
4. The product is returned in good condition and is not tampered with.
5. Double payment received for a single order from the same email address.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
 
1. The product shows noticeable damage or tampering from the customer's end.
2. Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
3. Partial product consumption has occurred before raising the return request.

Cancellation & Refunds
 
You can cancel your order by emailing us at warqstevia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 99871 91868 BEFORE the order is dispatched. Orders that are already in transit are NOT eligible for cancellation.
 
Refunds for cancelled orders take 10 to 15 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Processing Fees
 
There is no processing fee for returns or replacements. However, if you are replacing your product with a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.
 
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment account within 4–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your Bank Account or UPI ID within 10–15 working days.
